Guest Information, House Rules and Policies

OCCUPANCY
The Cottage is an ADULTS ONLY (21 and over) property.  We are unable to accommodate children and/or infants.  The maximum occupancy for the Cottage is six guests. Only the number of guests confirmed in this reservation are permitted on the property without prior written authorization.  This includes overnight guests as well as day visitors.  If you need to change the guest count or guest names from the original booking, just let us know so we can amend your booking details.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
We do not accept third party bookings, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.  The person making this booking must also be staying at the property for the entire length of the stay and must also be present at check-in.

ID AND GUEST DETAILS
Per Riverside County ordinance, we are required to obtain a copy of your driver's license or other government issued ID.  Even if you have already supplied this information to Airbnb, you will still need to provide us with a copy as Airbnb does not share this your information with us.  Simply use your phone to take a picture of your license and copy it in a reply to this message.

We also require a list of the names and ages of all persons including in your booking.

If you have not already provided this information, please do so within 24 hours of booking to avoid any issues with your reservation.

PETS
We are unable to accommodate pets.

PARKING
Two parking spaces are provided.  If you require additional parking spaces, please let us know in advance.  Recreational vehicles, camping or other overnight vehicles are not allowed on the property unless otherwise agreed to in advance, in writing.

NOISE
Per Riverside County ordinance, and out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM daily are strictly enforced.  No loud music at any time.

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking of any substance is not permitted in the Cottage or anywhere on or around the property.

FIRE
Due to extreme year-round fire danger, open flame of any kind is strictly prohibited.  This includes but is not limited to candles (indoors and out), campfires, bonfires, fireworks, sparklers, wood burning fires, etc. Open fires are illegal in Riverside County.  

FIREARMS
Firearms are not permitted on the property.  It is illegal to shoot firearms in this part of Riverside County.

DRONES
Drone usage is not permitted on the property.

EVENTS & PHOTOSHOOTS
Events and photoshoots are not permitted without prior written approval and the payment of additional fees.

FURNITURE
Do not move or rearrange the furniture (inside or outside).

HOST ACCESS
Guests shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the property for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, building inspections or any other reason deemed necessary by the host.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Failure to comply with any and/or all house rules will result in the loss of your security deposit.
