Guest Information, House Rules and Policies

All guests must register at the Ranch Office

Only registered guests are allowed access to the property and accommodation


Check-In Time: Flexible between the hours of 12pm and 8pm depending on availability – please contact Host to confirm

Check-Out time: 11am

Refundable security deposit of $300 per stay per unit

Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 for 1 bedroom, $200 for 2 bedrooms

Self-catering accommodation (tea and coffee facilities provided)

No Cleaning Services provided during stay

Guests agree to keep the accommodation and its contents in the same condition and repair as on arrival

Guests agree to leave the accommodation in a tidy manner

Guests agree to remove all trash from the accommodation and deposit it in the large dumpster by the parking area prior to departure

Guests agree to comply with Riverside County ordinance regulating noise which includes quiet hours from 9pm to 7am

Pets are not permitted

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted

No smoking is allowed in the accommodation or anywhere on the property


Any damage, breakage or loss to the accommodation greater, in total, than $50 will be charged against the security deposit.

Any property belonging to Hope's Ranch that is removed or taken by the guest will result in a minimum Charge of $100 up to the value of the item from the security deposit


Failure to comply with any and all of the above rules will result in loss of security deposit.
