Our Grounds Rental package provides you with the opportunity to design, create and customize all aspects of  your wedding - from catering, to decorating, to music, to...wherever your imagination takes you - all while staying in control of your budget.

The following amenities are included:

  • Private Estate Grounds Rental

  • One hour initial on-site consultation

  • Exclusive use of the Grounds on your Wedding Day

  • Multiple locations to choose from for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Parking for up to 40 cars

  • Various props that can be used for catering and decorating

  • Tables for Guest Book and Gifts

  • Pepper Trees decorated with fairy lights throughout the property to create a magical atmosphere

  • Two hours of escorted access to the property for planning and coordination 1-4 weeks prior to your wedding

  • One hour access to the property 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding for ceremony rehearsal

  • Access to the grounds on the day of your wedding between 8am and 11pm for your ceremony and reception, including set up and breakdown.

  • On-site manager for rehearsal and entire day of the event

Grounds Rental

In addition to our Grounds Rental package we are pleased to offer the following options and extras:

  • Engagement/Save The Date Photo Shoot: Grounds Rental for three hours

  • Rehearsal Dinner: Grounds rental for three hours to coincide with your ceremony rehearsal

  • Bride's Suite: Four hours use prior to the wedding

  • Groom's Lounge: Three hours use prior to the wedding

  • Wedding night accommodation for the Bride & Groom: subject to availability

  • Cocktail Hour: One hour drinks service for guests during Wedding Party Photo Shoot (service only - excludes food & alcohol)

  • Happy Hour: One hour games and activities for Children AND Adults during Wedding Party Photo Shoot 

  • Day of the Event Supervisor: Management of all final details and coordination with vendors

  • Cake Cutting Service

  • Photo Booth Props

  • Children's Activities Area

  • Cafe/Market Lighting

  • Burlap & Lace decoration package

  • Hydration Station

  • Popcorn Station

  • S'mores Station

Options & Extras

Other Useful Information

  • We can accommodate between 10-100 guests

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Grounds Rental is required to secure your date

  • Hope's Ranch does not provide setup, breakdown or cleanup services.  All services must be coordinated by the client

  • All deliveries and pickups must be scheduled within the contracted rental period on the scheduled event date

  • Due to County regulations, and in respect of our neighbors, your event must end by 9pm

  • Security arrangements are required for all events

  • Event/General Liability insurance is required for all functions

  • Beer, Wine and Champagne may be brought on to the property for an additional charge

  • If alcohol is being served, a licensed bartender and liquor liability insurance are required

  • No alcohol may be sold on the property

  • No hard alcohol is allowed on the property

  • We are a private working property, not an events venue. We provide the setting for you to create your dream wedding.

  • All viewings are by appointment only
